WRITE FOR ALL NET DEVICES

Pitch All Net Devices a story

We welcome pitches from freelancers, practitioners, and first-time contributors covering connected devices, AI, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital privacy. Send a focused idea, why it matters now, and what you’ll uniquely bring to it.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

01

A specific angle with a clear takeaway

Lead with the thesis in 1–2 sentences, then outline how you’ll prove it. Strong pitches explain the problem, who it affects, and what readers will learn or be able to do after reading—especially busy IT pros and tech-forward teams.

02

Credible sources, demos, or real-world use

We prioritize original reporting, hands-on testing, or lived experience: configs, benchmarks, incident lessons, vendor comparisons, or implementation notes. Include the sources you’ll interview, tools you’ll evaluate, or systems you’ve worked on (no confidential details).

03

A clean structure and realistic scope

Most features and guides land best in the 1,200–2,500 word range, but we’re open to shorter explainers and deeper reported pieces. Share an estimated length, key sections, and any visuals you can provide (charts, screenshots, diagrams) to keep it skimmable.

GOOD TO KNOW

We read every pitch and typically respond within 7 business days. If you haven’t heard back after two weeks, feel free to follow up with a brief reply to your original message.

Pay varies by assignment type and complexity, and we confirm a rate in writing before you start reporting. Payment is issued after publication once we have an invoice and the necessary tax/payment details.

Submissions FAQ

We typically respond within 5–10 business days. During heavy news cycles it may take a bit longer, but every pitch is read. If your idea is time-sensitive, include a clear publication window and why the story matters right now.

Payment and terms depend on the scope and format (news analysis, reported feature, or practical guide). If we accept your pitch, we’ll confirm rate, deadlines, and the rights we need in writing before you begin work—no surprises.

We’re open to tools that help your workflow, but pitches must be original and transparently reported, with human editing and fact-checking. We generally don’t accept previously published pieces; if any portion has appeared elsewhere, disclose it up front so we can confirm what’s workable.
